Lois is the heart behind Si Belle Beauty. What started as a vision to create a space where clients could feel confident, cared for, and beautiful has quickly grown into two thriving salons and a growing training academy.
Her passion for the beauty industry shines through in everything she does – from hands-on treatments to mentoring the next generation of beauty professionals. Whether she’s welcoming clients, supporting her team, or working on new projects, Lois brings warmth, dedication, and a clear eye for quality to every part of the Si Belle brand.
You’ll often find her bouncing between both salons, working behind the scenes (and sometimes in front of them!) to keep growing what she’s built – always with love, care, and the Si Belle touch.
Emily
Manager & Educator - Halstead
With years of experience in both salon and spa environments, Emily is the perfect person to manage the day-to-day at Si Belle. She brings a calm, professional presence and makes sure everything runs smoothly – all while creating a welcoming space for both clients and our team.
Emily’s passion lies in nails and spray tanning, and her attention to detail really shows in her work. She now shares her knowledge as one of our in-house Academy trainers, teaching her favourite treatments to students with the same care and enthusiasm she brings to the salon floor.
Friendly, focused, and always happy to help – Emily is a big part of what makes Si Belle feel like home.
Lucy
Operations Coordinator - Dunmow
Lucy is one of our experienced therapists and an essential part of the day-to-day here at Si Belle. From keeping the diary running smoothly to making sure we’re always fully stocked and ready to go, she works closely with Lois and Emily to help deliver the best possible experience for every client who walks through our doors.
When she’s not behind the scenes, Lucy is busy doing what she does best – creating gorgeous flower nail art, and giving the kind of massages and facials that keep clients coming back time and time again.
Calm, reliable, and super talented – Lucy brings so much to the team and helps keep everything (and everyone!) running just right.
Hana
Beauty Therapist - Halstead
Hana is a beautiful addition to the Si Belle team – both inside and out – and one of our original therapists from the Halstead salon. Since day one, she’s continued to grow in confidence and skill, and we’re so proud of the therapist she’s become.
Her favourite treatments to perform are lashes, nails, and brows – all delivered with care, precision, and her own signature touch. She also offers a wide range of other services, all to an incredibly high standard.
Quietly confident, hardworking, and always with a smile – Hana is a joy to have in the salon and a real favourite with clients.
Charmaine
Beauty Therapist - Halstead
Charmaine is a fully qualified beauty therapist and a brilliant all-rounder here at Si Belle. She offers a wide range of treatments, but there are a few she’s especially known for…
She’s our waxing whizz, a massage queen, and a total lash lift lover – delivering each treatment with confidence, skill, and a calming presence that clients love.
Charmaine’s warm energy and attention to detail make her a joy to be around and a therapist you’ll want to come back to again and again.
Jess
Beauty Therapist - Halstead
Jess has come such a long way since joining Si Belle, and we couldn’t be prouder of her progress. She’s passionate about nails and lashes, and her brow skills are seriously impressive.
Friendly and hardworking, Jess always brings a great energy to the salon, making sure every client leaves feeling their best.

Cadence
Level 3 Beauty Apprentice - Halstead
Cadence has been with us since leaving school and has already completed her Level 2 qualification. She’s now working through her Level 3 Beauty apprenticeship, as well as training in a variety of treatments through our in-house Academy.
From day one, Cadence has fit right into the team and is now confidently offering nail, brow and lash treatments. Chances are, she’ll be the friendly face greeting you when you walk through the door, always ready to make you feel welcome.
Sarah
Beauty Therapist - Dunmow
Sarah is one of our talented Level 3 therapists who joined the Si Belle team after moving to the area. With previous salon experience under her belt, she’s quickly settled in and become a real favourite with clients and the team alike.
Fun-loving, caring, and full of bubbly energy, Sarah brings a warm, welcoming vibe to every treatment she does — making sure you feel relaxed and looked after from start to finish.
Lou
Beauty Therapist - Halstead
Lou is the newest addition to our Halstead team, and we’re so lucky to have her. She’s an extremely talented beauty therapist who’s always striving to perfect her skills and expand her expertise.
With training and experience across a wide range of treatments, Lou brings both confidence and a relaxed, welcoming vibe that clients absolutely love.
Amy
Beauty Therapist - Dunmow
Amy joined us while completing her Level 3 qualification, and since then, she’s been growing into an amazing therapist. With a natural talent for customer service and a real perfectionist streak, she’s all about making sure every client leaves feeling fantastic.
Amy’s dedication and attention to detail shine through in everything she does, and we’re so proud to have her as part of the Si Belle family.
Tilda
Level 3 Beauty Apprentice - Dunmow
Tilda joined us while completing her Level 2 at college and has since made the move to join Si Belle full-time as an apprentice. She’s working hard towards her Level 3 Beauty qualification and has already gained experience offering a variety of treatments through our training academy.
You’ll likely be greeted by Tilda when you arrive — friendly, welcoming, and often has model slots available if you’re interested in trying something new.
Amelia
Level 4 Beauty Therapist - Dunmow
Amelia recently completed her Level 4 qualification in advanced treatments and has become a fantastic part of the Si Belle family. She’s a true massage and facial lover, known for her gentle touch and attention to detail that leaves clients feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
We’re really excited to have Amelia on board as she brings fresh energy and helps introduce some exciting new treatments to the salon.
Belle
Salon Mascot - The Real Boss
Belle is our salon bestie, you will find her running around the salons usually on the hunt for food. She loves meeting new people and showing off her cuteness, never failing to not put a smile on every ones faces.
